Fashion Designer Sues Courtney Love

A designer filed six complaints in a lawsuit against Courtney Love.

Fashion designer Dawn Simorangkir filed a lawsuit against Courtney Love on six complaints. The six listed complaints are invasion of privacy, invasion of privacy, intentional interference with a prospective economic advantage, intentional infliction of emotional distress and two charges for breach of contract.

Simorangkir alleges that she is “the latest victim of Love’s volatile personality, hair trigger temper, and malicious and tortuous behavior,” in the document. According to the lawsuit, Love spread “vile and vicious lies” about the designer, and it describes Love as “an obsessive and delusional crusade to terrorize and destroy” Simorangkir.

To further establish the complaints, the Twitter and MySpace postings are provided, Radaronline.com reports.

The postings call the designer a “liar” and a “drug addict” in a long laundry list of accusations. Simorangkir is seeking compensatory and punitive damages.
